Shipping
Wai Lun Limited ships to the addresses you supply at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Wai Lun Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect addresses.
14 Days No-Reason Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. No justification is required. Returned shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by the original packaging. Shoes returned in worn condition, damaged by misuse, or missing components may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Once Wai Lun Limited receives and inspects your return, the refund is approved and initiated. Refund processing and the arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date Wai Lun Limited receives the returned shoes. Bank processing, card issuer handling, and intermediary institutions add time beyond our control. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to process and reach your PayPal account. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Wai Lun Limited initiates the refund promptly after accepting the return, and the remaining time reflects PayPal and regional banking procedures.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Contact Wai Lun Limited at [email protected] within that period and include photographs of the damage and the packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted. Verified damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full, and Wai Lun Limited covers return shipping for these claims.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting Wai Lun Limited. Orders already dispatched fall under the 14 days no-reason refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on slippersoid.com, which comprises images, text, logos, and product photography, belongs to Wai Lun Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without written permission.
Acceptable Use
